Unable to delete comments

I made the mistake of installing Disqus (which is currently used on another wordpress site) onto my new website. I’ve since deleted Disqus from my new website, but all the comments have remained inside (the comment section) of wordpress and won’t delete.

Can anyone share some light on how I could remove these unwanted comments?
