Pretty Sidebar Category Widget – Replacement?

I’m using Pretty Sidebar Category Widget on many sites but it looks like the developer is no longer supporting it. It is supposed to allow you to list Link Categories in a sidebar but that feature doesn’t work.

I’m looking for a plugin that will simply allow me to list a specific LINK CATEGORY and let me give it a TITLE of my own. The WP Links widget is almost perfect for my purposes except that I can’t configure the TITLE of the widget. I need to show a title other than the link category name.

Any suggestions out there? I’ve looked and tried and looked some more but nothing seems to give me this simple capability to add my own title to the Links widget.
