No thumbnails on my home page

Hi,
Can anyone advise me on a plugin that automatically produces thumbs on my home page ?
I manage a site where the home page structure is very particular and where image into post should be inserted automatically as a thumbnail. I can not manually edit each post to edit the image or set it as featured. I really need a plugin that, when added to a post that contains an image, automatically generates the thumbnail and makes it visible on the home.
Is there some solution ?
