My site url is https://thoughtsnsuch.com and I have search in Style.css and the only place I saw font I changed it but it did not work. Can someone please tell me how to make the font larger and exactly what changes and where to make them. I appreciate you help very much!

  • Try using Firefox with the Firebug add-on for this kind of work.

Thank you for your help, but I am just wanting to make the font bigger for each post when publishing post on my blog in wordpress.

Yes – I understood that. You need to start editing your theme’s CSS – which is where Firebug comes into play.

Ok, thank you… I am going to read about it, and install it. I don’t know much of anything about CSS, but now is the time to start learning. Especially if I want to do anything with my blog and code. Thank you, again!

    Hello Angela

If you’re a complete newbie to CSS, you might want to try installing a TinyMCE Advanced plugin instead. It will allow you to add more buttons to the editing mode of your site – one of which controls the font sizes.

creating a CSS definition as @esmi suggests would be a more elegant, and definitely a better way of doing it, but I’m guessing you probably want to focus on blogging, not learning stylesheet syntax

By the way, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t start learning CSS. It’s just that it took me a year to get good at it, so I would recommend learning a little bit at the time.

This is just what I was looking for! I searched for a plugin like this but couldn’t find anything. GREAT! There are some options in this plugin that I am not ready for, but I will learn. Do you have any recommendations on any good resources for learning CSS? Again, thank you so very much!
