link all my social network sites

so heres a question that for some reason i can’t find an answer for. maybe there isn’t one, but before i gave up the hunt i would post my question here. Basically, how do i make it so that when i post something on my wordpress blog, it automatically posts it to my tumblr page, twitter account, facebook fanpage, blogger page, etc… any suggestions would be much appreciated. thanks
