[Theme: Custom Community] CC Pro version 0.7 Crashed Site

  • After following the CCPro developers advice previously, I set up a child theme, to avoid major issues when installing updates to this theme. The first update since that advice we’re installing is 0.7 (from CCP 0.5.1) and it totally crashed the site again, including the admin side and the test subdomains.
    We paid for the pro version to avoid these type of major issues and paid for the support package – yet we’re still having major issues.
    We need to know what needs to be changed in the child theme so that we can use the 0.7 update and not have the website or subdomains crash. All I’ve been told is that we need to edit the child theme because 0.7 was a total re-work. But not what in the child theme needs to be changed. Anyone? Please help.
