Desperately Seeking Plugin

  • I have spent the last 3 days trying to find a plugin that accomplishes a similar type of navigation at the bottom of this page: https://www.media-2go.net/

    I have found a couple that come close, but not quite. I know there has got to be something. Please share if you know of a good plugin for this.
