Hi Andy. I tripped over this plugin in a Google search. It seems quite promising. It seems very forms-driven, which may or may not suit our immediate needs. We are a charity and have “clients” who seek out our services, usually by phone or in person, and only sometimes by e-mail or web site contact form.

So most of the data entry is done by the human checking voice mail or answering the phone. Does WP-CRM work for that “use case”?

Also I wonder how this might integrate with client-side traditional CRM products, from Outlook to SugarCRM etc.?

How do you handle offline functionality? Just the CSV importing from a temporary spreadsheet created by the user?

Also, I see you’re planning premium mailing modules — does this imply that you would be LESS likely to support integration with other mail-oriented plugins?

Please let me know, and thanks….

Oh, and is there any integration with calendaring or meeting scheduling or e-mail notifications?

3 months, and no answer at all unless, apparently, I’m willing to pay them first. Nice. And their own forums are similarly ignored. I understand that the paying customers get top priority, but how does one decide to become a customer if one can’t find out anything about the product? Oh well, moving on.
