[Plugin: FormBuilder] You're on your own!

Last night I discovered this plugin and it seems to work great. I have a question for the folks at Truthmedia, though, about future plans for incorporating jQuery validation in to the forms … so I went to their site. THERE IS NO CONTACT FORM WORKING ANYWHERE! Kind of ironic on multiple levels, isn’t it? Online ministry specialists who don’t listen? Hmmmm.
They did have a link to their Get Satisfaction page, which I went to and registered for. NO PLACE on that page, once logged in, is there the ability to add a new topic.
So IF I choose to use this plugin, which I’d like to but an very wary of based on version and lack of ability to communicate even with a user community, I can only assume that it’s “AS IS” without any help from anyone.
Just thought others should know before they spend two hours trying to find a way to communicate with this development “team”.
