How do I get my admin access restored???

Been a few months since I updated my wordpress blog. I went online tonight to add some posts and my stored pw didn’t work out. I tried to no avail with all my pw’s. So I clicked “forgot password”, got the email and all that but could only log on as a non admin user. I can’t access the admin. Which is frustrating because I am the admin. Pulling my hair out not knowing what to do. It is a hosted site with a control panel. Any help would be appreciated!!
