    Is there a way to configure the message sent to users that subscribe to the comments (for instance, the language or the text of an introduction)? Is it double-opt in?

    Is it possible to add subscribers from another plugin that I’ve been using to this end?

    Currently, no, it is not possible to customize the messages sent to subscribers. I’ll make a note of it, though, and add it to our feedback list.

    When a user subscribes to your blog, they are sent a confirmation email, in which they must click a confirmation link before they will start receiving email.

    As of now, there is no import function for subscribers. We have heard similar feedback and are considering how best to approach this.

    Thanks for the feedback, Tim. It would be nice to customize the msg, at least some sort of translation for languages other than English. I’d be glad to help (pt-br).

    I would also love to customize (translate) the message. Also it would be great to see the email adresses of the comment followers.

    Hi there,

    I would like to add my voice top this thread.
    As my forum is in Italian my members do find it a bit off-putting that all the emails that are sent from Jet Pack are in English as not all of them will be able to understand what is going on (in fairness, I have the same problem with Feedburner).
    It would be really good to be able to customize the emails that are sent out.

    Would it be so difficult to let me translate them?

    Thanks for what is otherwise an excellent plugin.
