[Plugin: Easy Facebook Share Thumbnail] Adding meta description to my homepage

This plugin is adding an og meta description of the most recent blog post to the home page — not what I need and really hurts the ability to share the homepage. It’s likely also causing problems with meta descriptions for other pages.
Any advice? I’m using the Genesis theme with AgentPress Two child theme and WordPress Yoast SEO.
