    If I understood your question correctly, rather than asking for all of the default fields when a user submits a review, you only want to ask the user to submit a star rating.

    You can customize which fields appear for users to submit a review in WP Customer Reviews – Options which you can access by going to Setting > Customer Reviews in your WordPress dashboard. The Review Page Settings section of that page allows you to select/deselect the Fields to ask for on review form and even create custom fields if you like.
