How do I make the Comment link more visible

There is practically no way anyone can help without a link to your site. Please post a link to it here and someone may be able to help.

Try adding this to the end of style.css:

span.comments-link a {
   color: blue;
   font-size: 16px;
}

What and where is style.css? I am very low tech. Thanks very much.

Go to Admin->Appearance->Editor. It should open up style.css by default.

Scroll to the end and paste in those lines. Click ‘Update’.

Where is Admin?

That is the common term used for the Dashboard that you see when you log in.

OK I see lots of Widgets but nothing that says css.

In the left column, under the heading ‘Appearance’, click ‘Editor’. It should open up the style.css file for editing.

Are we looking at the same version? Appearance is a link along the top, not in the left column.

It may be that your left column is collapsed. If you have a column of icons on the left, click on the very bottom one to expand the column.

Or, hover over each one in turn until you find ‘Appearance’.

It is not collapsed. It reads:
general, smart youttube, tiney mce advanced, audio player, tip jar, google analytics, adsense, teta tags, share/save

I think you are looking at the wrong screen. Is there a label at the top of the left bar that says ‘Dashboard’? If not, I don’t know what you are looking at.

Try clicking ‘Appearance’ in the top bar. That should open up a screen of themes. Then maybe you can see Appearance->Editor in the left column.

Dashboard is there. When I click Appearance, the only link is Widgets.
