    I have created a folder (with write access) to store any uploaded attachments and all seems to be working on the client site.

    A user can add an attachment with their ticket and no error is given. The image also appears in the folder that I created on the server (/htdocs/visitors/wp-content/plugins/zingiri-tickets/uploads) and the link to it allso appears in the staff pannel in WordPress.

    The problem is when I click on it to view the attachment (in this case a .jpg) I get a file not found error page.
