Help: website goes white before each new page loads

Hi everyone,
I need some help from anyone on this forum to help diagnose a problem that the company I’ve appointed to develop the website can’t seem to solve.

The problem is that before a page loads when you click on a link, the whole website flashes to white. It is a very annoying thing and it needs to be eliminated.

With my limited knowledge, my assumption is that it has something to do with the CSS template and also how the WordPress framework loads a page.

If any of you are curious to take a quick look and give some thoughts on what might be causing this, just keep clicking back and forth on the Accomodation link and the Dining link. You will see the entire website flash to white before the page loads. There are a few rare occasions where it doesn’t happen but most of the time, this behaviour is there.

WordPress version is 3.2.
