How to link a PNG image to text

  • BRAND NEW to word press and I’m trying to be able to create a link from text on a page to load up a PNG image. Here is basically what I want:

    1. ABC Vehicle Floor Plan <——— when folks click on this I want the PNG file ABC Vehicle Floor Plan to open up in a new window.

    Surely it is easy to do, but I can’t find where to do it. I specifically want the image to load in a separate new window and not in the post itself. I have already uploaded all the PNG images I will be using in my library and they are ready to be linked to.

    Sorry for this probably super easy task.
