[Plugin: Gravity Forms Custom Post Types] Dropdown which is mandatory does not work properly

Hi

I’m using a dropdown field which is populated by a custom taxonomy. The plugin adds — select a xyz — as fisrt line which does override the mandatory option of Gravity Forms because its considered as valid input value.
