    when i whant to make a subdomain p-p

    How and wher can i change it that –
    is alow so that i can for example make
    a subdomain like p-p.wpmu.com

    Yes, this is true. You can only use lowercase numbers and letters because not all characters are acceptable subdomains.

    You, as super admin, can go in and manually edit the site name after creation to have a hyphen.

    is aloud so we talking only about this character

    that i whant to be aloud
    so when me or the users creat a acount they can put it right away insite

    You can’t change it in the script without hacking core code, and I do not recommend that.

    YOU, the SUPER ADMIN, can go in AFTER the blog is created and edit the name to have a hyphen. No one else can, because it’s a security risk.
