Unable to change visibility of private page

  • Here are the steps I took to reproduce a problem in 3.2.1:

    • Login as admin
    • Go to All Pages
    • Edit a page that is marked Private
    • In the Publish settings box on the right, click Edit next to Visibility
    • The Visibility cannot be edited. The page jump about halfway down.

    I have tried different browsers and I have tried deactivating all plugins.
