[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] HELP! Levarage Browser Caching is't working!

I just don’t understand…I set the broswer cache for media to 604,800 seconds (1 week). But my google pagespeed test still says that browser caching is leveraged for only two days!
Please help. have had this issue for months! My website is https://hairwegoproducts.com/ and here is a copy of my htacess file.
