'Preview' option ok but actual text is out of whack

Hi there again
Is WordPress ill?
My changes are showing correctly in ‘preview’ mode but after saving the changes and going back to the post page (and the main page) the text is all out of whack. The bold headings are no longer bold and the spacing between the headings and the text is gone.
