[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Change shutter next & previous arrow to fixed position

Hi,
I’m wondering how to change the next and previous arrow in shutter to fixed position, so the visitor don’t have to keep moving their mouse whenever the go to next picture.
Can you show me how to do this?
