Someone with relevant experience of that plugin may be able to help, but unless you list which one you’re having a problem with you are unlikely to get help specific to your problem.

You need to check the plugin configuration if you using one if there is link there for paypal

OK, it sounds like you’re using wp e-commerce as I believe wpsc-simple-shipping is an add-on for that. I’ve tagged the thread so people who know that plugin should be able to find it.
