Forward (on click) to single post page?

I’m designing this website:
At this moment, when you click on the post on the front page, it uses Javascript to take you to what is the “mediator” between the click and the single post. I want to remove this so when people click on the post on the front page, it takes them directly to the single post page. Here is the code from the index.php if anyone could help out, it would be great:
