Can anyone spare a suggestion?

I got my new website few months ago then they threw it in my lap and said good luck. I have been blogging every week and adding a photo to the posts. I cant get any dates to show on the blog posts, nor any comments. I cant figure out the SEO stuff either. What is the diff between a tag and a keyword? What is the field URL below the keyword field used for? Am I supposed to put the link to my blog page there so that when people search for a keyword my blog appears in the search? Also my blog is one long page, without months, or dates listed. And my page titles IN PINK, if you go there, appear to be clickable yet nothing happens when you do click on them. Any suggestions on how to improve the presentation? THXX
