Are you kidding me?

  • I have been trying for three days to upload files to a template called photome offered by wordpress and followed the directions implicilty, however I have not been able to either upload pictures to the site nor edit text on my site. After playing junior GI JOE super spy password boy trying to find ANY information on my product have been unable to get a straight answer from anyone. I have uploaded over 500 .jpgs and none show up on my web site. Not sure what directory theyre going to and I CANT GET HELP!! The help forums are dismally uninformed & not related to my issue. I have been in touch with my hosting service and they agree that wordpress is confusing, badly structured and that I really shouldn’t count on getting my website up unless I soend a great deal of money to hire someone that can figure the interface out. When I uploaded the “template” (term used loosly) there was no mention of wordpress nor its abysmally poor customer service. I will be posting my experience on FB Google+ and any other forums I will link to. IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!

    I guess 3 + million users and most reputable web hosts offering wordpress installs – you and your web host have it all figured out – wordpress sucks

    I suggest it’s the other way around (not kidding you)

    It’s this type of arrogance and greed that makes me sick. I will be sure and include your post when I tell everyone I know about the wordpress experience.

    you are only member for two hours and this is your first topic in this forum – what are you basing your uninformed opinion on?

    photome is a commercial theme by themeforest – please direct your questions and complaints to them.

    All I see is a huge rant directed at WordPress and it’s helpers…

    So you’re screaming at us about something totally unrelated to wordpress – slandering the product with help from your host – who, btw, must be so totally ignorant that they should not be in business to say what they did…most ignorant/uninformed thing I’ve heard in a while…

    What is with you people? Are you just not interested in helping customers? Are you that arrogant? You haven’t taken the time I have in researching this issue & don’t know what you’re talking about just like all the people at themeforest and everyone I’ve been trying to get help with. Unfortunately you feel you can make your sorry little nerdy life better by calling me names instead of offering some suggestions. I hope your life finds meaning in your arrogance.
