You can try turning off the plugin (by removing it from your wp-content/plugins folder).

I dont even see that in the folder, I just see the original plugins like akismet.

Then you’re not using a plugin at least.

Do you have access to PHPMyAdmin? If so, go in and look at your database. See if your email is still there in the users table.

How do I get phpmyadmin? I dont have either of those

I dont have any FTP client or phpmyadmin client already installed. When I go to the wordpress folder on my computer it is just plain newly installed folder that has no extra plugins in it.

No – not on your computer. You have to rename the folder on the remote server. You need to use FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
