Posts don't sort by date

  • Hi all,

    My posts won’t display in reverse chronological order, like they should. The latest post should be on top, but is listed at the bottom instead. Changing the date per post does not help either. It seems like the post-date does not have any effect on the way it’s displayed.

    Does anyone have a solution?

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    Thanks for your reply!

    I’ve tried your options and it seems the Theme is the problem.

    Earlier I contacted the theme-developer and he replied:
    “this is not behavior defined by the theme BTW, you must have something setup in WordPress to do that”
