[Plugin: Capability Manager] Make post sticky

I’m the admin for a site that has 7 editors. I installed this plugin to customize their access. Currently, they can’t make posts sticky. I couldn’t figure out any option that would allow that. Is there a way to add this capability? If so, what would the code be?
