Deleted pages still showing up

I deleted two pages from my Dashboard, entitled “Family” and “Rehearsal Dinner.” ?According to my Dashboard, they no longer exist, but they are still appearing on my navigation menu. ?I double-checked that the pages weren’t checked to appear under Thesis settings, and that they no longer appeared under “Pages” in the dashboard. ?I tried to look for the pages in my cache, but wasn’t sure what to look for. ?Can you help me get rid of the pages from my navigation menu?
