[Plugin: Better WordPress Minify] Add "Combine Without Minify" Feature

Thanks for developing this great plugin.

Can you please an add an option to combine scripts into one file without minifying. I am hoping that this will be a fallback option to improve compatibility with some troublesome plugins.

Sadly several plugins I have used on my website don’t seem to like being minified – these include Dave’s WordPress Live Search, Slick Social Share Buttons and Google Analyticator. To get them to work, I have had to force their JS scripts to be independently handled.

I know I will still get a major performance benefit from simply combining multiple scripts into one file.
