• A site I’m working on (actually a super-admin/multi-site) has gone down after performing an automatic update from within WP. All the sites associated with it are down too. I get a “500 Error – Internal server error” even from /wp-login.php

    Any suggestions?

  • Have you checked the web server’s error logs? Deactivated plugins?

Error log has this repeated about 200 times:

[18-Oct-2011 01:53:10] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method Arras_Widget_Tag_Cloud::WP_Widget_Tag_Cloud() in /home4/zdravoll/public_html/wp-content/themes/arras/library/widgets.php on line 404

How can I get in to the admin area of the site to disable plugins?

You will need to FTP or use your web hosts app to get to the files.

Arras theme had a bug in an older version when used with 3.2.1 (multisite or non). Make sure you have the most recent version of Arras on your install.
