[Plugin: Event Post Type] Needs some documentation!

I really like this plugin, it just needs a little documentation.

Does anyone know of any?

I have several question:

1. How do you convert the meta date into a wordpress style date?
2. How do you sort events by time/date without using a custom post type taxonomy.
3. How do you display the location and time data?

If anyone can help that would be great, happy to post that info up somewhere under the name of this plugin…
