Gallery thumbnail columns don't line up in pursuasion

Im new to wordpress and Im using pursuasion from MY SITE MY WAY. When i use FANCY BOX for my images, the 2 columns on the page are not streight when displaying the images. Im trying to line them up so they are even….any suggestions?
