Empty style tag in the header

Whats up guys. I just installed fresh 3.2.1 package and added starkers naked theme. I have no idea why there is an empty <style> element in the <head> section. Theme itself has modernizr installed but I dont think it causes the problem. Element appears right after <head> opens, also I checked the header.php of my theme and it’s clean… Also I dont have any other additional plugins installed. Please if anyone have any clues how to get rid of it. I have posted the link to the screenshot below. Thank you for any help.
