[Promoslider] – Hardcoding dynamic category selection

    Wondering if anyone could point me in the direction or give me a hand, i am looking to make the promoslider plugin display a different category based on the page template that the page / post uses.

    Ie – if page template used is inner_page.php display promotion category inner-page-promo.. or post category is news display promotion category news.

    This also needs to be hard coded due to the layout of the website.

    I haven’t got that deep into the full implementation of wordpress yet so i don’t know where to begin.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
