[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Send file with autoresponder

hi there
i am sorry but i have not as yet seen an answer to this. i am trying to send a pdf file as part of an autoresponder. for the life of me i cannoty work out how to do this. i do not need it uploaded via a form. its just a file that sits on the server that will be emailed to a user once they subscribe to my site. surely this can be done. eternally grateful for anyone who can help me
