Getting my admin login to work

I was hacked about a year ago and have not been able to log in since as it appeared the account username and password was changed. I gave up on it for awhile.

Today i tried to look into the matter and realized that it looks like finally the front page of the website was converted to a generic form and I can now log into the word press site with my user name and new password, however when i try to use the user name and password to log into the admin section to fix my website/blog, creativepassages.net/blog, it tells me my user name is not correct. I also cannot reach my blog to fix it from the profile section which I can get into to.

What can I do to fix this? BTW, I appreciate the conversion and getting the hacker off that front page!

I would love it if I could get back into business with the blog!
