[Theme: P2] More flexibility to use with child themes

Please consider :
– adding more filters, maybe on p2_date_time_with_microformat()
– checking existence of each function, like twentyten and twentyeleven does.
– using p2_maybe_define() on custom header constants.
– adding “image” to post-types.
