• I have 1668 static pages. I added about 700 of those with PHP coding, and I used the SAME publish date/time on accident, not thinking to use the PHP date. Does this have an affect on the speed of the back end?

Basically, my 1668 static pages slow down my back end. When I click on a static page to edit, it will delay in loading the editor. When I add a couple thousand more pages, the edit page freezes on me or takes way too long to even be acceptable.

The front end works flawlessly regardless.

Any ideas what’s up? I’ve tried DB caching, etc. Maybe I’m using the wrong method?
