Unless you’ve created a new user for yourself, the login name will be “admin” regardless of what you select in the Options page.

That’s the site I’ve been using to sign in. My sn is angelkisses. That’s what I’ve been using. When I sign in, it just gives me the broken image. That’s what I was told to use. My host is the one that installed the program. I tried admin and it doesn’t work.

Is your password caps-sensitive? Caps lock on?
What is the “broken image” that you see – can you see the dashboard at all?
Did the password ever work, or is this the first time you’ve tried logging on?
Perhaps ask your host to reset the password.

ETA: She did reset the password, I think. That’s how I could sign in for this forum. It wouldn’t let me sign in to ask – it said my SN didn’t exist.

Have you tried clicking the “lost password?” link in the login screen? Do you get a new pw? Does that work?

You blog login is completely separate from the login that you use in these forums. They are on two entirely different systems, and two entirely different servers.

Try Lost your password to send yourself a new password.

It still won’t work!!!! I’ve cleared my cookies, reset my password, cleared my cache. My host even reinstalled the darn program. It still won’t let me in! What’s going on?!!!!

Have you tried changing the password through the database?
