Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/cottages/public_html/n

  • I entered an incorrect code in my Theme editor, and now I can’t access the admin page or the site. The only page that pops up says this:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/cottages/public_html/newsite1/wp-content/themes/minimatica/functions.php on line 423

    Does anyone know how I can fix this?

  • Try switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
