[Plugin: SimpleMap Store Locator] SimpleMap customize Search Form 'fields'?

  • Hi,

    If i look in the Widgets, i can simply exlude items of the searchform (like Show Adress, Show City) for the SimpleMap plugin.

    How can i do the same in the SimpleForm plugin?

    I want the user to have 1 inputfield/search option (where they can enter City or Zipcode).

    Does anybody have any sugestions?
