bare bones template for CMS

  • Hi,

    Does anyone know if there is a 3.2.1 compatible theme which has no (or minimum) styling and (most importantly) supports drop-down menus?

    This is for a CMS only website which will consist exclusively of static pages with no blog facilities at all.

    I only need the page.php & sidebar.php templates, along with style, functions etc.
