Fatal Error after Auto-Upadte to 3.2.1

Hi we tried to auto update to 3.2.1 which we have done with no problem on other sites.

On this occassion the update crashed half way through and we get the following message when we try to log in.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 262144 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 77824 bytes) in /home/stratfor/public_html/wp/wp-admin/includes/dashboard.php on line 88
