Stylesheet is missing, what does it mean??

    hi guys..need help here, just purchased a clickbumpeng*** theme. there are some folders that have issues, the issues are

    Broken Themes

    The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

    Name Description
    clickbump-seo Stylesheet is missing.
    documentation Stylesheet is missing.
    jumpstart-files Stylesheet is missing.

    any help for a newbie like me?

    i don`t understand..the vendor support said to contact the wordpress support?

    if someone sells you a theme which ends up showing the ‘broken theme’ message, then it is imho his responsiblity to help you with getting this fixed.
    does the theme vendor at least provide clear instructions on how to install his themes?

    nobody in this forum will be able to help you much, as we don’t have any information about your theme.

    yes he gives me a clear instructions on how to install the theme, ok i see..i`ll contact the vendor again..thank you for the answers
