Category drop down menu (urgent Help)

  • Hello
    I have on my page a Category like drop down menu and on top is first item “Select Category” I would like to change this in just “————“
    but I don’t know where in DB or in code (I think in DB ) is written “Select category”.
    Any help is useful, so question is where is written “Select category”.
