Adding Gravatar – Minimatica

I’m not sure how to describe this. I want my gravatar at the top tab when it is seen on a webpage. Right now I have what looks like a blank piece of paper

I have tried the gravatar plugin added a url and nothing
I have gone to gravatar.com and registered an image.
On my other wordpress.com site I simply went to settings-general and there was a place to upload my image.
Help? it’s driving me bananas!?!?
