broken theme – style sheet missing

I have a new site. installed wordpress 3.2.1 successfully. Purchased the Prestige Dark theme from Themeforest and installed it using Fetch. It says “The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.”

Name Description
Prestige Stylesheet is missing.

I am new to this and would appreciate any help in resolving this so I can successfully install the theme and get to work on my site.
